Simples Dental

About the client

Simples Dental is one of the biggest references in dental management software in Brazil, offering complete and innovative solutions for clinics and offices. Focused on technology and efficiency, the company leads the digital market with tools that simplify the administration of dental processes. However, with growing online visibility, the brand began facing significant challenges related to brand bidding, with competitors improperly exploring its keywords on search engines.

The challenge

Simples Dental faced a critical scenario of competitive aggressiveness in brand bidding, with a high volume of active attackers and occurrences of improper use of the keywords "simples dental" and their variations. The start of monitoring revealed peaks of aggressiveness in August, resulting from the entry of new attackers, which directly impacted the performance and visibility of search campaigns.

Beyond compromising customer acquisition strategy, the presence of attackers increased direct competition and made paid campaign investments less efficient. The challenge was to reduce aggressiveness in the search environment, eliminate active attackers and optimize the performance of institutional campaigns, ensuring greater control and visibility for the brand.

The solution

The solution was structured around continuous monitoring and actions focused on eliminating brand bidding occurrences. The first stage involved a complete mapping of attackers, identifying the main domains that improperly explored Simples Dental's keywords. Based on this survey, direct talks with attackers began, including notifications and mediation processes to remove the terms.

Constant monitoring enabled fast and efficient action. Recurring attackers received formal communications to guarantee the removal of the keywords, while specific cases progressed to extrajudicial notices. This approach led to the elimination of extremely relevant unfair competitors and reduced the volume of brand bidding occurrences on search pages.

The actions also brought a reduction in campaign CPC (Cost per Click), evidencing a gradual improvement in competitive control and search campaign efficiency.

Monitoring and the actions we implemented were essential to reduce competitive aggressiveness in the search environment. By eliminating attackers and gradually improving campaign performance, we gained much more control over brand bidding on Simples Dental.
